I first went to see Craig after a shoulder injury from aerial straps, he helped me to recover from that quickly and I was able to continue training without inducing further damage.
Since then I have been to see Craig on a regular basis, whenever I felt a twinge coming on and now simply for maintenance.
My body is in much better shape now than it was when I had my first massage, and I’m much stronger for it!
